A New Hope

Today Paul went to the MDR-Tower in Leipzig. The weather has been very nice and so you could have a great view over the great city.

Suddenly Paul discovered a strange figure standing on a telescope.
It waved at Paul and shouted:

„Hey Buddy do you have got a little change? I need too look for someone…“

Paul was short of money, so he only gave him 500 € in 1 € coins and said:
“Look as long as you like my friend!”

“Boa you are so kind, thanks a lot! My name is Undin by the way.”
He climbed down the telescope to talk to Paul.

“Who are you looking for?” Paul asked.
“Well…” apparently the answer seemed to be a little distressing… “ well I am looking for my soul mate… “ Undin answered.
“You know, once I have been a prince, underwater you know… I have been one of these Aquariuses. I was swimming happy and carefree, until the day a ship sunk above our kingdom. There was a girl, and I saved her. I had to leave her at the beach, she was still unconscious. But I kept her identification card with her picture as a reminder, which told me she was from Leipzig. I couldn’t think about anything else anymore, and so I made a fatal pact with an evil witch: She told me I could walk like humans, and I could talk like humans… and I have got one year time to find her… but if I don’t, my soul will be hers forever…”

“Well that’s cheating! She made you think you would become a human, and no piece of soap! The pact is futile!” Paul said in high dudgeon.

“I signed with my blood; do you really think it matters if the contract is in form and content?” Undin answered a little taunting.

“She is out there anywhere, I know it…”
“What if she moved away?” Paul asked carefully.
“Let’s look for her” Undin answered like if he didn’t hear it.

So they took a look at the new guildhall, but the girl wasn’t there.

So they took a look at the Wilhelm-Leuschner-Square, but the girl wasn’t there.

So they took a look at the Petri-Church, but the girl wasn’t there.

So they took a look at the Battle-Of-Nations-Monument, but the girl wasn’t there.

So they took a look at the Federal Administrative Court, but the girl wasn’t there.

So they took a look at the Zoo Leipzig, but the girl wasn’t there.

“Damn” Undin said.
“Yapp” Paul answered. “Lets go get some beer.”

They walked trough the campus, but the girl wasn’t there as well.

To be continued.

Da School!

Hello kids!

Like announced, Paul went to school again.
The first time ever he felt happy about going there, because the last time it has been so much fun.
He was happy to meet some friends again and not to have to work for eight weeks. :)

Do you remember summer?

Now Germany looked like this:

Paul took Knut with him; he thought the little mischief should learn something as well.
They arrived in Kiel and it was really cold. To cold even for polar babies.

Nevertheless Paul decided to take a little walk; his machine made masculinity empowered him to brave the hazardous exterior of Kieltown. His giant steel walking gadgetry carried him reliable even on the most extreme surfaces. Fearlessly, Paul mastered the terrain, like an explorer, a pioneer, an astronaut, Paul le Columbús….

Wahhh!!!

Paul stood tight. His main processor ran hot. His lenses scanned every detail of the environment. It was a question of life and death. DINOSAURS!!! They left they’re giant footprints everywhere… There where sooo many of them!!! This had to be a dangerous, long-time planned, military secret operation. In other words -
a true conspiracy!!! In Kieltown! The clueless inhabitants where so lucky, Paul was there by chance.
Or has this been fate? Well Paul wasn’t sure. But it wasn’t important for him.
A real hero always knows what to do!
Let’s find some dinosaurs!!!

But no matter where Paul looked, he couldn’t find a hint… There where some stupid fly-lazy birds on the ice, but as Paul told them he had to eliminate some evil creatures that left those footprints in the snow, they just turned around and waddled away as quickly as they could. Cowards! Only Paul stood between the Dinosaurs and the extermination of humanity and robotity.

Finally, Paul found someone to talk to. His name was Funky Panda. He was a musician, a master busker.
He was from China and wiser than the pope. Paul asked if Panda had seen the dinosaurs, explained it could become the end of the world and stuff like that.

But Panda just smiled and answered:

My young fliend, I don’t cale fol the end of the wolld, because -

I don't want to set the worrrld on fireee
I just want to staaart
A flame in your heaaart
In my heart I have but one deeesire
And that one is youuu
No other will dooo

I've lost all ambition for worldly acclaim
I just want to be the one you love
And with your admission that you feel the same
I'll have reached the goal I'm dreaming of

Panda, you don’t understand! This things are so much higher than both of us, and -

Believe me!
I don't want to set the world on fireee
I just want to staaart
A flame in your heaaart

Paul was so confused he went home.

Happy New Year!

Hello there! I wish you all a very happy new year, a lot of energy, courage, and integrity.

So what was up since the last episode? Paul arrived with Knut in Leipzig. But Knut didn’t say why he needed to go there so quickly, maybe we will find it out later. In the moment he just lives in Pauls flat… eating fish and chips all day.

Paul has had birthday at the twenties of October, and he gave a big party and most of his friends found the time to come. He was really satisfied, happy and overjoyed about little, personal fitting presents.

Some weeks later Paul went to the zoo, to take a look at some fish. In the past he always enjoyed the aquarium. He liked to talk to the fish. But there was a new star in the water, and every fish only had eyes for her…

Then it was Christmastime. Paul didn’t felt like it at all. There has not been any snow. But he drove home, and it was a nice time. Soon Paul will be a real uncle… So he thougt about reading some books to be more lettered.

There have also been nice presents for Paul, money, a self-made cherry-pit-pillow and a real Meat-Santa-Clause. :)

One day before New Year’s Eve Paul took a walk in the park to take some pictures. It was windy and there were a lot of crows. It was a strange atmosphere.

At New Year’s Eve Paul had a headache and wasn’t in the mood to go outside, so he stayed home.

The next morning he went out to take a look for bangers and rockets.

 The new fashion…

Soon Paul will be at school again. So there will be more great adventures...

Until then, with best regards

your Paul
